All i did was pretty much just got a regular map from the internet and i was customizing it with the filter gallery. Then i got a picture of a hurricane and turned down the opacity on it.
Noah, I think this design is wonderful. The fact that you were able to turn this map and hurricane into an abstract piece is great. I think this image tells more of a story than you lead on, which is a great thing.
